DRACC HTML is one of the most simple and easy ways to learn HTML. Draac HTML has everything you will need to get started, editing your blog templates will require some knowledge and will surley put you to the test.

Blogger and WordPress has a lot of built in features but you will still need to learn the basics of HTML to advance your blog design. Editing the HTML widgets you place on your blog will require some basic HTML, start off with cut & pasting such things as links, text, snipers, and so on to to build up your confidences and work your way from there. Having a blog is almost the same thing as being a web designer because you have to customize your blog layout and it's contents.
